The Management and Organizations (MORS) Department of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position within the Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC). The primary criterion for acceptance is research excellence relevant to conflict or cooperation, broadly defined. The position is slated to start in September of 2027 and last for approximately three years. Salary is competitive, and the position will have access to research funding, including for independent projects.
Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a social science discipline (e.g., organizational behavior, sociology, psychology, economics) or a related discipline that can inform the social sciences prior to the beginning of the fellowship. The Fellow will conduct original research with one or more faculty members in the MORS department, and applicants are encouraged to identify one or more faculty members with whom they would be interested in collaborating.
The Fellow is expected to become actively involved in the MORS and DRRC intellectual communities by regularly participating in colloquia, workshops, and research seminars. The Fellow is also welcome to audit PhD courses.

Expected base pay range: $78,000–$80,000 per year.
