• Preparing a variety of dishes from scratch, including accompaniments and garnishes
• Adhering to food safety and quality guidelines
• Working across different dining areas as needed
• Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of preparation techniques for all dining settings
• Planning and organizing daily food production to ensure timely service
• Maintaining proper portioning, plating, and presentation standards

• High school / GED Required
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Cafeteria Cooking experience.
• Serve safe food handlers Preferred, but not required.
• English language proficiency
