Roles & Responsibilities- Production Associate: Price donations according to guidelines, maximize revenue for the mission, and maintain efficient donation flow to support a smooth sales floor experience.
- Donation Attendant: Greet and thank donors, accept donations, sort incoming items, keep the production area organized, and deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.
- Sales Floor Associate: Organize the sales floor, help customers find what they need, serve as ambassadors, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Cashier: Build relationships with customers, accurately ring up sales, inform purchasers how their purchases support job‑seeking individuals, and maintain customer‑service excellence.

- One year of customer service, retail or production experience (preferred).
- Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift while maintaining a customer‑service mindset.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds while maintaining customer‑service standards when interacting with donors.
When determining placement within the available salary range, Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago considers education, experience, internal equity, market demands and other qualifying criteria. Compensation is based on fact and circumstance for each case.
