• Provide information on membership benefits and promote the value of Walmart and Sam's Club products and services.
• Process membership upgrades, credit account changes, and participate in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.
• Maintain facility safety by following safety standards, conducting regular safety sweeps, performing forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials responsibly, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfill member orders via Fax n Pull and Click n Pull: review orders, pull items, scan, wrap, palletize, ensure order and invoice accuracy, secure items until members arrive, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using company policies, data, and resources while collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities.
• Deliver member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, including the Open Door Policy, while executing business processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.50 to $26.50 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may be paid in premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
