Position: (USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's

Promotes membership benefits and information, processing memberships upgrades and credit accounts;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products and services;
Maintains safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe conditions;
Complies with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, aligns with Open Door Policy and Walmart values, supports teamwork and continuous improvement.
