Support Lead Part Time--Evanston

Five Below - 2400 Main Street - Responsibilities:
Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring each guest has a fast, friendly checkout;
Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service;
Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement;
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Opens and closes the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms;
Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures;
Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance;
Maintains store maintenance tasks including trash removal, cleaning, and stock-room organization
