Our mentorship program allows less experienced telemarketing and inside sales professionals to work with veteran sales professionals to help in development and assist with campaigns. For more experienced telemarketers and inside sales professionals we have incentive programs to reward successful prospecting.
Our managed service IT practice focuses on building long‑term relationships with clients across various industries. Our professional service group works with clients to upgrade and implement new networks, server farms, data centers, and build networks from scratch. We partner with industry leaders such as Avaya, Cisco, NEC, Hosted PBX Providers, Access One, XO, Cbeyond, First Comm, AT&T, Level 3, Comcast and more.
Our support group assists in designing and selling solutions to improve close ratios. As a technology professional, you will also have the ability to sell all telecommunication products and solutions from our Converged portfolio which includes Avaya/Cisco/NEC telephony solutions and carrier services such as MPLS, T1, Fiber and others.

(1) INSIDE SALES
Inside positions are available for individuals who prefer in‑office sales or who are newer to the IT sales profession with 0‑3 years experience. We pair you with a veteran professional and provide a mentor program to grow skills. Future growth potential is available. We have two types of inside sales professions.
- A. Salaried
These individuals do not want quotas; thus, we have a team of aftermarket inside sales reps to assist with current clientele to keep them happy and unlock future doors.
- B. Salaried + Incentives
These individuals do not want a full account executive position and want a full‑time inside sales position but with an incentive‑based plan to prospect net new business more from an inside perspective.
(2) TELEMARKETERS
Heavy calling is involved as you are tasked with prospecting activities for branding efforts to stay in front of potential clients as technology changes and clients always need new technology. Since we provide full technology services and solutions, it allows you to open up a dynamic conversation with your prospect about carrier services (dial tone/internet), business telephony systems and entire data networks.
There are many ways into an account; thus, an easier entry point to clients. Those who micromanage themselves are more effective as contracts and dates can be set up as reminders for client suite moves, carrier service expirations, upgrade, migrations, etc. If you are newer but looking for a professional sales position this might be a good place to start as you begin at the ground floor learning technologies.
Salary based on experience + incentives.
