We are seeking a
high-performing Inside Sales Representative with at least 5 years of inside sales experience
who can confidently guide customers through important purchasing decisions.
This role is ideal for a
persistent, consultative sales professional who knows how to build trust, overcome objections, and close deals over the phone
.

$100,000+ earning potential (Base Salary + Commission)

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into installation opportunities
- Use a
consultative sales approach
to identify homeowner needs - Recommend the best HVAC and plumbing comfort solutions
- Guide customers through the decision-making process
- Build trust through professional phone, email, and text communication
- Handle objections and confidently close sales
- Maintain consistent follow-up to move customers toward a decision
- Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to meet or exceed goals
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
- Minimum 5 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
- Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and following up on leads
- Confidence making outbound calls
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and organization
- Experience selling
HVAC, home services, or home improvement solutions - CRM experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Persistent and results-driven
- Comfortable guiding customers to make confident purchasing decisions
- Highly organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Coachable and motivated to improve sales performance
- Customer-focused with strong integrity
