Job DescriptionAs a Sales intern for Hasana, Inc., you will be shadowing the sales and marketing team in addition to helping with specific responsibilities.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Sales Director with mailings, organization of client books, prospecting
- Assist with showroom appointments and trade shows
- Researching targeted retailers to carry our brands as well as working with existing clients to get reorders
- Researching fashion trends through internet, magazine and other media outlets
- Filing, scanning, and organizing sales orders and receipts
- Sample pulls for press
- Assisting Sales Director in selling appointments
- Assisting Sales Director with researching new selling opportunities
- Assist with production and design related duties
- Pulls selling reports
- Keys in related selling and generates a related selling report
- General admin duties. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable reaching out to clients by phone and email
- Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned
- A passion for women’s economic opportunities
- Must be a full or part-time student and working toward a degree
- Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and other groups as necessary both internally and externally
- Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills, PC with experience in Windows NT, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable software
- Integrity, honesty, openness and a willingness to operate as a team player
