Account Manager - Commercial Insurance

Job Overview

Our Account Managers play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. As the point-of-contact, you facilitate positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and insurance carrier staff.

• Manage a book of commercial lines accounts including marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals.
• Respond rapidly to policy inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintain renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and organized account files.

• High school diploma/GED (college preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to interact with all levels within the organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
• No required travel.
