• Deliver value solutions of sales skills, processes, and product offerings through application-based training face-to-face and virtually.
• Execute a variety of training curriculums.
• Drive sales through best‑in‑class training events for customer‑facing roles.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert and mentor in the field.
• Collaborate with the Learning Experience Design team on learning content.
• Measure knowledge increase, behavior change, and business impact of training and mentoring.

• Minimum 5+ years of sales or go‑to‑market experience, or industry experience preferably in construction; 3‑5 years of sales management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expert facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and mentoring skills.
• Expert‑level knowledge of sales methodologies including SPIN Selling and closing techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of products across the brand portfolio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Field‑based; local, regional, and national travel required.
