Retail Engagement Specialist – Market: AMRET, IL – Chicago 173

Job Type: Regular Work

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Compensation: $23 per hour + 10% Monthly Bonus Opportunity

Requirements:
Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, proof of insurance, successful Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.

• Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly, effectively schedule visits 2+ weeks in advance.
• Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
• Demonstrate ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity.
• Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
