Residency Advisor

As a Residency Advisor, you will serve as a trusted liaison for prospective residents, helping guide them through their journey while supporting the generation of qualified referrals through community outreach activities. In this highly relationship-focused role, you will create exceptional experiences for prospects and depositors, build lasting connections, and collaborate closely with team members to support a seamless sales and residency approval process.
This is a full-time, hourly, 100% on-site position at The Mather Evanston.
Essential Functions- Initiate contact with and respond to assigned prospect inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner as defined in sales training and goals, consistently delivering a 'Mather experience' for each customer.
- Maintain current, complete and accurate data in the CRM lead management system following established program procedures.
- Act as a liaison between prospects/depositors and Mather team members involved in the sales and residency approval process.
- Establish strong prospect and depositor relationships.
- Coordinate duties as requested by Director of Sales.
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with managers and team members.
- Distribute and collect depositor applications in an accurate and timely manner, forwarding to the appropriate team to assure a timely review and approval/move-in process.
- Identifies areas for improvement, proposes possible solutions, and participates in data collection and process changes as part of the Quality Assurance Process Improvement process.
Required:
- Sales experience in a service-related industry.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to maintain a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, services and policies.
- Flexible, self-motivated and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written & oral communication
Preferred:
- College degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with older adults
The hourly base wage range provided is a good faith estimate of what Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and current market conditions. This position is eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan with a target incentive range of $0-30K. Sales incentive opportunities are not guaranteed and are based on multiple factors, including individual performance, departmental outcomes, and overall company results. This position may also be eligible to participate in Mather's benefit plan. Eligibility for benefits is dependent on employment status and hours worked per pay period.

Hourly Pay Range
$42 - $45 USD
