Pharmaceutical Specialty Regional Sales Manager

Inizio Engage is seeking a Pharmaceutical Specialty Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team driving adoption of innovative biotech and pharmaceutical therapies. You will develop and execute regional strategies, build relationships with key providers and health systems, and collaborate with marketing, medical, and market access partners to support successful launches and sustained growth. This role blends strong scientific acumen with data-driven sales leadership in a mission-driven, collaborative culture focused on improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a regional specialty sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for pharmaceutical products
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with brand and market access objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, health systems, and specialty providers
• Analyze regional market trends, competitive activity, and access dynamics to inform tactical plans
• Collaborate with marketing, medical, and market access teams to optimize launch and promotion efforts
• Ensure compliant selling practices aligned with industry regulations and company policies
• Forecast regional performance, manage budgets, and report on KPIs to senior leadership
• Support training, coaching, and field development to elevate scientific and selling capabilities
