What this actually looks like day-to-day:You’ll execute in-home installations of custom spaces, ensuring precision fitting, clean finishing, and handing off a final product that genuinely wows the homeowner. This isn't production-line work. Every project and space is unique, and your installation skill and craftsmanship are the last, and most visible, part of the process.

Have 3+ years of in-home installation experience, strong woodworking skills you've earned through real work, and you genuinely care about walking out of a client’s home knowing you delivered something exceptional.
Requirements- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
- Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus
- Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
