We are searching for a proficient, reliable, and adaptable HVAC Installation Technician to become a valuable part of our team. The successful technician will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service by installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.

Up to $50 per hour plus uncapped performance bonuses.

• Follow company policies and manufacturer’s specifications for installing HVAC equipment
• Proficient in low and high voltage wiring, brazing, soldering, and working with flex and sheet metal duct systems
• Safely connect gas lines to heating equipment
• Lift and handle items weighing up to 100 lbs safely
• Work in challenging temperature conditions for extended periods
• Perform physical activities such as climbing, crouching, crawling, and kneeling repeatedly
• Conduct tests to ensure the proper function of HVAC systems
• Knowledgeable in various HVAC systems, including split, packaged, and hybrid configurations
• Familiar with commonly used brands such as Space Pak, Lennox, Amana, Crown, NTI, and Daikin
• Experienced with thermostats, including models from Honeywell and Ecobee

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
