You'll assist with in‑home installations of custom closet and home storage systems, reading designs, handling materials, operating tools, and keeping the job site clean, organized, and moving efficiently. The Lead sets the standard; your job is to match it and help the team deliver a finished space the client is genuinely thrilled with.

Have some experience with carpentry, cabinetry, or hands‑on installation work, can read a design schematic, handle physical demands comfortably, and genuinely care about leaving a client's home looking better than when you arrived.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred
• Experience with closet installation a big plus

• Work with Lead to install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
