Aramark - - Responsibilities:
Inspect assigned buildings on a routine basis and perform maintenance as needed;
Report major maintenance needs to supervisor for referral to shop-crafts or other corrective actions;
Perform stand-by duty calls on a regular basis and respond to after-hours and weekend emergency call-backs;
Repair various fixtures, hardware, and facilities such as door locks, broken windows, minor plumbing and electrical, office equipment, faucets and valves, shower grout, and floor/ceiling tiles;
May need to safely operate a service truck in locations that require travel
