Responsibilities- Attend HVAC Star Tech Academy classes and complete coursework
- Participate in hands-on training, video tutorials, and classroom lessons
- Gain real-world experience by working with customers under the guidance of experienced technicians
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide excellent customer service
- Entry-level position - no prior experience required
- Aptitude for working with hands, tools, and mechanical systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with colleagues and customers
- Physical ability to do the job (lift 50 pounds, use ladders…)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Hourly pay while attending the academy
