The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services seeks an Associate Deputy Director for Dually Involved Youth and Human Trafficking Prevention to provide administrative oversight and leadership for departmental programs focused on transition to adulthood, human trafficking prevention, and youth involved in both child welfare and justice systems. The role reports to the Deputy Director and serves as a full-line supervisor, coordinating implementation of pilot programs and building relationships with law enforcement, courts, and partner agencies.
Keyqualifications:
- Master's degree in social work (MSW) or related human services field
- Four years of administrative child welfare experience with MSW or five years with master's degree in related field
- Three years managing or working in children and youth services
- Three years supervising professional staff
- Three years developing policies, procedures, and management reporting systems
- Ability to pass background check and travel as required
