CDL-A Driver Home Weekly Earn $75-$100K Full Benefits, Rider & Pet Welcome (Full Time)

Class A Drivers will get home weekly on a dedicated account running IL, WI, IN and MI. Drivers’ annual pay ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience and performance. Full benefits are included, and there is a $2,500 sign‑on bonus. Drivers may bring a rider and a pet.

Drivers are assigned to tractors after completing a 2‑day ride‑along with a current driver. Training is paid at $150 per day.

Pay starts at $0.82 up to $0.85 CPM with $25 per stop and $245 per trailer unload.

Operations take place in IL, WI, IN, MI. Drivers are home weekly for a minimum of 34 days per month.

Sign‑on bonus: $2,500 paid in installments as follows:

• $250 after first load, and at days 30, 60, 120, and 150.

Full benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), one week PTO in the first year, and more.

Note:

This is 100% driver unload. Drivers place boxes on the conveyor belt, but not unload from it.

We do not hire any driver who has ever failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test regardless of whether you have completed the SAP program.

• Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last 5 years. This includes any accident that results in injury, a jack‑knife or rollover.
• No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last 2 years.
• No more than 3 preventable CMV private‑property or yard accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than three total major or minor accidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than three jobs in the last year.
• If terminated from a previous job for safety, 6 months of safe driving with another carrier required.
