Utility Steward​/Dishwasher

We are an award-winning employer seeking a Utility Steward (Dishwasher) to play an essential role in the daily operations of our kitchen within a luxury senior living residence. This is an important support position that goes beyond dishwashing and helps keep our culinary team running smoothly and safely.

In this role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment by washing and sanitizing kitchen equipment, china, glassware, and flatware, as well as supporting overall back‑of‑house operations. You’ll assist with the safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment, support food rotation and labeling, and help with the breakdown, organization, and storage of fresh food deliveries.

You may also assist with special projects or help support our restaurants as needed.

Full time, flexible days: 12:00 pm–8:00 pm or 2:00 pm–10:00 pm shift. Weekend and holiday availability required.

• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen, equipment supplies, pots/pans, small wares, china, glass, and silver according to established safety standards and regulations.

The hourly base wage range is a good faith estimate of the range Mather reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual hourly base wage paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, geographic location, and market changes. The position is also eligible to participate in Mather benefit plans and Employee Appreciation Fund.

Hourly Pay Range: $17.25—$18 USD
