Job Summary

• Floor Technician – full-time & part-time (immediate opening)
• Location:
  
  Ascension St Vincent – 3700 Washington Avenue, Evansville, IN 47750.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time and part-time; rotating weekends required.
• Pay: $16.00 per hour (fixed rate).

• Maintain knowledge of principles of hard surface floor maintenance and apply proper procedures, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor surfaces.
• Use proper procedures on carpet and upholstery, including shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.
