Duties and responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Troubleshooting systems to diagnose and repair problems
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on equipment throughout the plant
• Communicate often and effectively with maintenance lead, supervisors and peers across all departments
• Complete all repairs and projects with a sense of pride and , with all work completed meeting personal safety, food safety and quality standards, and on a timely manner
• Work daily with maintenance lead or maintenance supervisor on priority tasks, which can and do change on a day to day basis
• Be able to work any shift and overtime when needed

• Successful candidates will have a 2-year degree in a Maintenance field or two plus years of maintenance experience
• Electrical experience recommended
• Troubleshooting aptitude
• Good communication skills
• Strong mechanical abilities
• Able to read and understand electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic drawings
• Interact with other team members and communicate with production leaders
• Follow directions and complete projects in a timely manner
• Complete pms and work orders on a daily basis
• Understanding and troubleshooting plc logic is a plus
