The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartment homes at our Evansville, IN communities.
Under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will respond to service requests, complete tasks to company standards, and assist with on-call duties. A high school diploma and a CFC certification (preferred) are required or obtained within 90 days.
