Facilities Manager
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. In this role, you'll oversee building systems, manage budgets and vendors, and guide a team to ensure our environments are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
You'll play a key role in supporting business operations by optimizing facility performance, driving continuous improvements, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives on balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational oversight.
What You'll Do
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and all facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, catering).
- Supervise and support facility staff, including maintenance and custodial teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Oversee office moves, renovations, and space planning initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality work and adherence to specifications.
- Partner with leadership to plan and support long-term facility needs and improvements.
- Establish and maintain facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in facilities management, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of facilities or building operations experience, including leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service contracts.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and facility management tools.
