Perform out-of-room cleaning to maintain pristine premises including building interiors, exteriors, grounds, and walkways;
Carry out repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner;
Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repairs per the Green Shield Binder;
Maintain organized maintenance area and safeguard inventory; ensure fire safety equipment is functional and inspections are up to date
