Cleaning Technician

Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Corp -  - Responsibilities:
Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies for each project; maintain a clean and organized vehicle and equipment;
Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup;
Perform restoration processes as directed;
Pack out and process customer contents (furniture, clothing, documentation, etc.);
Track customer contents using ICAT systems;
Communicate with supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes;
Perform end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving job sites orderly;
Maintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain warehouse, office, and grounds as assigned;
Develop expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment;
Other duties as assigned;
Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, teammates, and customers;
Support a positive customer experience by delivering quality work consistently
