FLANDERS in Evansville seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, read drawings, operate tools, and document work orders in CMMS, often mentoring junior staff.
The role requires 2-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience across mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, with strong safety knowledge and the ability to work independently or in a team on facility upgrades
