Maintenance Technician - Mason

Grey Star - 101 Mill Road - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and perform preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects and making repairs according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing by conducting pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing maintenance tasks, and inspecting work;
Access materials, supplies, and equipment from the property’s maintenance department, track used inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor for restocking;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document service requests accurately and enable tracking;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, painting curbs and signage, and performing related tasks
