Maintenance Technician

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Everett, WA. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for handling day-to-day property upkeep, including conducting equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and managing various repairs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the safety and efficiency of property operations and addressing maintenance requests to enhance the quality of living within the community.

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Skills in Troubleshooting and identifying root causes of mechanical issues
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operation of systems
• Ability to perform Maintenance & Repair tasks across a variety of equipment and facilities
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in property or residential maintenance is a plus
• HVAC certification and/or other relevant technical certifications are beneficial
