Maintenance:
Manage work orders and preventative maintenance tasks including carpet cleaning, light electrical work (changing outlets/switches), light plumbing (plunging/snaking/unclogging sinks), general maintenance programs, public space janitorial, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, caulking.;
Inventory:
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and place orders as needed.;
Housekeeping: Prep rooms for housekeepers (removing linens, trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs).;
Emergency Procedures:
Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure security of property and guests.;
