Responsibilities
- Evaluation and repair of small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical/battery devices
- Make equipment recommendations and ensure units are maintained
- Provide sales and service to store customers and write customer invoices for equipment tool repairs
- Check tools to ensure proper operation and demonstrate proper use (as needed)
- Ensure units repaired, tested for repair quality, and cleaned
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all tools and effectively manage tool inventory by maintaining and repairing tools as necessary
- Prior small engine repair experience
