Commonwealth Senior Living in Everett, WA, is seeking a maintenance technician for our 55+ manufactured housing community. You will perform daily upkeep, repairs, and grounds maintenance to ensure safe, welcoming spaces for residents.
Responsibilities include executing supervisor instructions, caring for common areas, pool area maintenance (pool experience a plus), parking areas, and building exteriors. This is a full-time hourly role with employer-provided benefits after probation.
