We set you up for success from day one with paid training, clear goals, and plenty of room to advance!

• $20/hr during your first month of paid training, then DOE. ($25 per hr cap).

  Regular reviews with real opportunities for pay increases based on reliability, quality, and performance! Extra Cash In Your Pocket: Mileage reimbursement provided.
• Tips + Monthly Performance Bonuses $10 for every client review you help collect $30 for candidate referrals $5 for direct positive client feedback.

• Schedule & Scope Type:
  Part-time (5 days/week) with flexible weekday scheduling. Weekends:
  On-call weekend availability (we service awesome Airbnb properties!).
• Service Area:
  Mill Creek, Everett, and surrounding areas.
• What We Clean: A fun variety of spaces! Residential move-outs, post-construction, routine & deep cleans, commercial businesses, Airbnbs, and more.

• 6+ months of professional cleaning experience (or 1+ year of relevant cleaning experience).
• Reliability:
  Background check required & reliable transportation to local job sites.

Team Mindset: Able to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, customer‑first attitude.

Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, and staying active on your feet.
