As an RN Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of your assigned unit, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring our residents continue to receive the exceptional level of care they deserve.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe RN Unit Manager is instrumental in ensuring smooth unit operations and high-quality resident care.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and supporting clinical staff on the assigned unit
- Providing leadership, guidance, and education to nursing staff
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and accountable workplace culture
- Ensuring compliance with infection prevention and safety standards
- Supporting staffing needs to meet resident acuity and census demands
- Maintaining clinical excellence through attention to detail and best practices

QualificationsTo be considered, candidates must have:
- An unencumbered Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of two (2) years RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Prior nursing leadership or unit management experience preferred
- Five (5) years of RN experience strongly preferred
