Overview
Are you a hospitalist physician looking for an opportunity to deliver exceptional care in a supportive, team-focused environment? If so, Team Health invites you to join our daytime hospitalist team at OSF Health Care Little Company of Mary in Evergreen Park, Illinois. We are seeking an experienced hospitalist (resident applications not accepted) to work days with a 7-on/7-off schedule. Here’s what you can expect:
Responsibilities- 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM)
- 5 rounding physicians plus APC support
- Shared admissions among the day team (1–2 per shift)
- Dedicated swing admitter (12 PM – 10 PM) and nocturnist coverage starting at 7 PM
- Attend rapid responses in-house
- No procedures, no codes, closed ICU
- EPIC EMR and messaging tools (Perfect Serv, Imprivata for e-prescriptions)
Compensation details:
Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $250,000 to $250,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.
