RN - OR Manager
Join our team as an RN - OR Manager, where you will lead the operating room staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
What You'll Be Doing- Oversee daily operations of the operating room
- Manage nursing staff and coordinate surgical schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
- Provide leadership and support in staff training and development
- Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois
- CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience in a surgical setting
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and procedures
