Snipes - 9518 South Western Avenue - Responsibilities:
Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, including opening and closing procedures and other administrative tasks;
Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding established store goals;
Assist in communicating operational goals to maximize staff contributions toward sales plan;
Set up promotions with proper signing in a timely manner;
Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards;
Train and enforce security policies and procedures;
Ensure safety of associates and report dangerous situations to management;
Process register functions properly and ensure proper procedures are followed;
Maintain cleanliness on the sales floor and in the stockroom;
Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure correct implementation
