Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Position Summary

Sam’s Club’s members appreciate fresh food, and our fresh food associates play an essential role in maintaining the quality and presentation of freezers, coolers, and deli stocks. In this role you will keep shelves stocked, uphold sanitary conditions, and provide front‑line customer service that enhances the member experience.

• Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, inspecting equipment, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Manage the freezer/cooler/deli area: receive, stock, prune, and price merchandise; organize displays; document audits and logs; and secure fragile or high‑shrink items.
• Provide member service by greeting members, locating merchandise, offering deli products, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow food‑handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures, clean the area, and report equipment issues to management.

Competitive pay
: $18.50 to $26.50 per hour, plus premiums up to $3.00 per hour.
