Availability between 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.

This position will be responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. It is an entry-level team member position that exposes you to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service, and merchandising.

• Build rapport with customers.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude with good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with any questions they may have; if you can’t answer, direct them to another team member.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.
• Work across the following departments:
  Health & Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.

• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job‑specific technology.
• Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot.
• Process‑driven and able to follow procedures efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling products.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Desire to work with customers consistently.

We are committed to offering competitive pay that reflects market standards and ensures consistency within our organization. The pay plan generally starts between $15.25 and $16.98 per hour, with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job’s location.
