Appointment- Sales Professional Car Dealership

Role Summary

We’re hiring an Appointment-Setting Sales Professional to handle inbound and outbound sales calls, engage interested customers, and set in-store appointments for vehicle purchases. This role is ideal for confident phone professionals who thrive on goals, activity, and results.

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to leads
• Respond to inbound phone, text, and email inquiries
• Build rapport and qualify customer interest
• Overcome basic objections and drive conversations to appointments
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on showroom visits
• Accurately log activity and notes in CRM
• Work closely with sales managers and showroom staff

• Consistent daily call activity
• Strong appointment-setting results
• High appointment show rate
• Appointments that convert to vehicle sales
• Professional, customer-focused communication
