- Support inventory management by recovering floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and moving merchandise as needed.
- Finish strong by ensuring customers have everything they need, ending with a sincere thank‑you and name usage.
Physical Requirements
- Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
- Requires good vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently as needed.
- Comfortable handling electronic devices.
- At least one year of selling or customer service experience preferred.

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week; part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
