-Type: Full-time
-Position: Site Supervisor
-Schedule: Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
-Compensation per hour: $18.50
-Key responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise a custodial team, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Stand and walk for extended periods.
-Maintain employee schedule, train new team members, review and submit timecards weekly, conduct quality inspections, and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
-Communicate effectively in English with team members, tenants, vendors, and management.
-Oversee daily operations at the assigned location during your shift.
-Be prompt in responding to emails and phone calls/text messages to ensure effective communication with the team and property manager.
-Utilize a smartphone to upload information online, communicate via email, and submit reports.
-Maintain cleanliness in common areas throughout the building.
-Clean restrooms, parking lots, and walkways.
-Remove and dispose of trash in designated areas.
-Push trash bins when required.
-Operate a pressure washer and leaf blower.
-Follow safety procedures and report any safety issues or building problems (e.g., burnt light bulbs).
Perform other duties as assigned.
-Skills/Qualifications:
-Must pass the HBM prescreen check.
-A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
-A valid Hawaii driver's license and a reliable vehicle are necessary.
-Ability to drive a golf cart is required.
-Preferred experience includes using a leaf blower, painting, and general maintenance.
-Previous supervisory or related experience is preferred.
-Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
-Strong public relations and communication skills.
-Capability to perform basic manual labor, including painting, staining wood, cleaning common areas, and tasks requiring physical strength, such as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. frequently, carrying a minimum of 25 lbs. (up to 50 lbs.), reaching overhead, grasping objects, bending, kneeling, walking, crawling, squatting, climbing, stretching, walking up and down stairs, and using a ladder.
- Experience with leaf blowers, painting, and general maintenance is preferred.
