Coordinate and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for Health & Wellness equipment, prescribed by OEM specifications;
Perform routine scheduled periodic cleaning, adjustment and lubrication, replacing cables or belts and vacuum dusting;
Diagnose and repair equipment in contact with OEM technicians, including replacing electronic control boards or components and calibrating equipment;
Perform weekly preventive checks of all equipment and maintain work logs;
Assist in maintaining designated properties in compliance with applicable local, state and company rules
