Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery, conveyor systems, motors, pneumatic equipment, and mechanical systems;
Diagnose equipment malfunctions by observing machine operation, using precision measuring instruments, and identifying root causes of mechanical issues;
Disassemble, repair, replace, and install defective mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, hoists, and cranes;
Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment while assisting with ordering and stock management;
Prepare maintenance reports, document repairs, and communicate equipment issues, irregularities, and ongoing maintenance requirements across shifts and teams
