Route Service Technician

Location: Exton, PA (and surrounding routes)

Shift: Full-Time | Early Morning (Start times: 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM until ~12:00 PM)

Pay: $15.00/hr (3-4 Weeks Training) | $17.00/hr (Post-Training)

Are you a morning person who likes to work independently and stay active? Filta is looking for a reliable Route Service Technician to join our team in Exton.

Filta is the world leader in fryer management and cooking oil filtration. We aren't just a service company; we are a sustainability company. We visit commercial kitchens, ranging from major sports stadiums and universities to local restaurants, to provide our signature "Filta Fry" service. You will be responsible for using our specialized mobile filtration unit to clean oil, remove carbon, and deep-clean fryers, helping our clients save money and protect the environment.

We provide 3–4 weeks of paid training to ensure you're an expert before you hit your own route. Kitchen Experience is highly preferred.

• Early Finish: Start early, finish early. You'll have your afternoons free every single day.
• Paid Training: We invest in you. Start at $15/hr and jump to $17/hr as soon as you clear training.

• Independence: Once trained, you'll manage your own route with minimal micromanagement.

• Eco-Friendly Service: Use our specialized micro-filtration system to filter hot cooking oil and clean commercial deep fryers.
• Mobile Tech: Drive a service van to various customer sites.
• Client Interaction: Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with kitchen managers and staff.
• Safety First: Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a clean work environment and high-quality oil for our clients.

• The "Early Bird": You must be able to consistently start your shift between 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
• Flexibility: While shifts usually end around noon, we need someone who can be flexible as route times vary slightly.
• Reliability: Our customers count on us. You need to be someone who shows up on time, every time.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in a kitchen environment.
• Clean Driving Record: A valid driver's license and a safe driving history are required.
