, manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for an organized and hands‑on professional to lead the Maintenance efforts of one of our premier Senior Living Communities,
Exton Senior Living

Salary: $70,000 - $72,000 yearly + bonus potential
Responsibilities- Hands‑on maintenance of grounds, building interior and equipment
- Successfully negotiates & coordinates with outside vendors
- Performs preventative maintenance and repairs (light construction, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Position requires working hands‑on maintenance approximately 80% of the time
- 4 years of solid maintenance experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- Valid PA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Light construction, electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting skills
- Commercial laundry/housekeeping experience is a plus
- HVAC certification preferred
