Full-Time Floating Commercial Cleaner
Service Master by Gibson is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. The success of our company lies squarely on the shoulders of our dedicated employees. Our continuous growth means we are always looking to add members to our team.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Floating Commercial Cleaner to join our growing team! This is a full-time position with consistent hours and opportunity for overtime.
Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Some weekend work required – overtime available)
General responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Trash removal
- Windows
- Bathrooms
- Kitchen/Break Area
- Maintain cleanliness standards across all assigned locations
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols
- Communicate with supervisor regarding site needs or issues
Requirements:
- Ability to pass required clearances: PA State Police Background Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, Fingerprinting (FBI)
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
