Venterra Realty is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Cobblestone at Eagle Harbor. You will handle resident work orders, perform diverse repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to keep apartments and common areas in top condition.
You’ll lead on-call rotations, support the Maintenance Manager, and ensure move-in readiness through our TQMR program. Strong HVAC skills and a proactive, resident-focused approach are essential.
